Karachiites face shortage of 60m gallons of water due to power crisis at Dhabeji pumping station

KARACHI (92 News) – The Debaji pumping station which provides water to the city of lights, remained without electricity on the Tuesday, for straight ten hours. As a result, the people of Karachi faced a shortage of more than 60 million gallons of water. The people of Karachi are already short on water due to power crisis due to K-electric every now and then. People took to the streets to protest such serious shortage of water to perform their daily chores and fulfill their needs.
