Kashmir dispute settlement lies in free, impartial plebiscite as per UNSC resolutions: FM Qureshi
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that the final settlement of the Kashmir dispute lies in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolutions calling for free and impartial plebiscite under the United Nations (UN) auspices.
In a tweet on Monday, he said: "Let me be clear: Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally recognized dispute on the UN Security Council agenda. "Final settlement of the dispute lies in the UNSC resolution calling for free and impartial plebiscite under UN auspices. Nothing about J&K can be India’s internal matter," he declared.
