Kasur child abuse case: Main accused arrested; woman among nine victims medically examined

KASUR (92 News) – The police arrested the main accused, Muhammad Ramazan, involved in the Kasur child abuse case on Saturday, raising the number of the arrested accused to 15. Meanwhile, a four-member board conducted medical check-up of nine victims, including a woman. The forensic report will be completed after one week. A store selling sedative medicines has been located and a decision has been made to include the owner in the investigation. On the other hand, the victims have spoken out against the police and threatened to boycott the joint investigation team. The JIT has asked the victims to give details of the expenditures incurred on the protest. The victims said that the entire village donated money for the purpose and they had a list of it.
