Kasur rape incidents are serial killing, reveals forensic report

LAHORE (92 News) – The forensic report has revealed that the rape incidents in Kasur are serial killing. According to the report, as many as 13 rape cases were reported during the last one and a half years. Out of 13 girls, eight girls were raped by the same accused. The report says that the accused seems to be a psycho.
