Khawaja brothers’ judicial remand extended till Jan 29

LAHORE (92 News) – An accountability court in Lahore extended the judicial remand of Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) MNA Khawaja Saad Rafique and his brother MPA Khawaja Salman Rafique till January 29 in the Paragon Housing scandal on Friday.
During the hearing, the judge allowed them to attend assembly session. The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor submitted the written reports regarding illness of Qaiser Amin Butt.
Expressing anger, the court remarked that they did not accept the medical reports. The court directed to present Qaiser Amin Butt on stretcher instead of the reports.
