Khokhar brothers faced oppression but didn't show disloyalty with Nawaz: Maryam
LAHORE (92 News) - Responding to LDA operation against Khokhar Palace, PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz has said that Khokhar brothers faced oppression but did not show disloyalty with Nawaz Sharif.
The PML-N vice president took her twitter and has said that a law is for the powerful, which legalizes the illegal palace of Bani Gala as well as the second law is for the opposition from which the house of the opposition is not safe.
"When oppression goes too far, it disappears. Greetings to all the comrades who were avenged in the crime of loyalty with Nawaz Sharif, every injustice will be accounted," Maryam Nawaz maintained.

While speaking to the journalists outside Khokar Palace, Khawaja Saad Rafique has said the action of LDA is political revenge. "The Khokhar brothers are friends of the Sharif family. Their only crime is that they stand with democracy. Those who demolished the house will have to be held accountable despite the restraining order."
Saad Rafique condemned government action and said that such attitude of the authorities cannot be tolerated. "No one can stop party leaders to gather workers and protest the move," he added.
Former Railways Minister said that new Pakistan of PTI is worse than old Pakistan. Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) will not let this government to complete its term, he added.
