Khwaja Asirf terms the year of Zarb-e-Azb the 'year of victory'

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Federal Minister for Defence  Khawaja Asif has termed year of Zarb-e-Azb, the year of victory. As per reports, Asif said that the operation launched to weed out terrorism has now entered its final phases. "The operation has achieved many important successes against terrorism during the last one year," he said. "Families of Shuhada have offered great sacrifices." He further said they are thankful for the Shuhada of operation Zarb-e-Azb, while adding that those sacrificing their today for the better future of the nation are very respectable. He said the nation sees the armed forces with respect.
