PESHAWAR (92 News) - Adviser to CM Muzammal Aslam has said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa gave 90 percent mandate to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in the general elections.
Talking to the media on Saturday, he said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had been deprived of the Senate elections. "In Pakistan, democracy faces a threat from the parties relying on Form 47," he added.
Muzammal Aslam said that two families had stopped the progress by occupying the main designations of the country. "The Asia Development Bank (ADB) has released the statistics of the growth rate at 1.9 percent and inflation at 25 percent," he added.
He said that the country's economic backbone had broken, but the decision-makers were unable to understand the situation.
