Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to present Rs 1,000 billion Budget 2021-22 today

PESHAWAR (92 News) – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will present the Rs 1,000 billion budget for the next fiscal year 2021-22.

Finance Minister Taimoor Saleem Jhagra will present the budget. The government has already announced 25 percent increase in the Disparity Allowance and Rs 10 percent increase in salaries.

Meanwhile, the Balochistan Assembly will also present the Rs 500 billion budget today.

According to the Finance Department, the budget deficit is likely to remain at Rs 1,000 billion. As many as 500 new vacancies will be created during the year.
