KP budget for next fiscal year to be presented today

PESHAWAR (92 News) – The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa budget for next fiscal year will be presented in provincial Assembly today (Wednesday).

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Minister Muzaffar Said advocate will present the budget at 2:00 pm.

According to the budget documents obtained revealed that the Annual Development Programme (ADP) will be pitched at Rs 208 billion of which Rs 126 billion would be provided by the KPK government and the remaining Rs 82 billion would added by the foreign donors whereas of the total Rs 606 billion outlay, Rs 396 billion would be allocated for current expenditure.

The budget proposals contain increase in ADP by Rs 47 billion as the KPK government is expected to receive Rs 81.99 billion from the foreign donors.
