KP CM sends Rs1 billion defamation notice to Governor Faisal Karim Kundi

PESHAWAR (92 News) - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur sent an Rs1 billion defamation notice to Governor Faisal Karim Kundi.

In the defamation notice, Ali Amin Gandapur said the governor had stated in a TV show that he (CM) had signed the manuscript of the Operation Azm-e-Istehkam in the Apex Committee meeting.

He said that he had not signed the manuscript of the operation. “The governor should tender an apology after withdrawing his statement otherwise he should pay me Rs1 billion as defamation,” he added.
