KPK Finance Minister accused of using bank funds for political meetings

PESHAWAR (92 News) – The Bank of Khyber managing director has accused KPK Finance Minister Muzaffar Syed belonging to the Jamaat-e-Islami of using the bank funds for political meetings in addition to illegal recruitments. Through an advertisement in local dailies, the bank management declared the minister ignorant of Corporate Governance Rules. The Jamaat-e-Islami ameer said that the Bank of Khyber MD was not digesting Islamization in the bank. Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak has ordered an inquiry against the bank management.
