July 18, 2018
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan submitted its second counter rejoinder before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) pertaining to the case of Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav. According to the reports, this is Pakistan’s first counter argument to India’s reply and overall second rejoinder submitted before the world court by Foreign Office India Director Fareeha Bugti. A team of the legal experts headed by the attorney general prepared the reply which consisted 400 pages. In its reply, Pakistan has given detailed answers to questions and reservations posed by India. Earlier on December 13, 2017, Pakistan had filed its counter memorial before the ICJ. It is pertinent to mention here that Jadhav was arrested in March 2016 from Balochistan. Indian media admitted that New Delhi convicted spy Kulbhushan Jadhav is a serving officer of Indian Navy and an agent of country’s notorious spy agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW). However, Indian navy officer was tried by a military court and sentenced to death after he confessed to be working against China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), creating unrest in Balochistan and parts of Pakistan on orders of the Indian intelligence agency.
