Lack of ventilators: CJP reprimands Punjab Health Minister Yasmin Rashid

LAHORE (92 News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has reprimanded Punjab Health Minister Yasmin Rashid for violating the court orders. During the hearing of a case regarding lack of ventilators in hospitals at Lahore Registry, the CJP remarked: “I did not hope that Health Minister Yasmin Rashid will violate the court orders.” He observed that the SC is resolving the issues pertaining to water availability and elevators in hospitals. “The healthcare system is directly associated with the life. We will not accept such boards,” the CJP remarked. Later, the case was adjourned until January 4.
