LAHORE (92 News) – A lady doctor, her two daughters and a son were shot dead by unknown people in Lahore's Gajju Matta area.

A son survived the attack as he was in the lower portion at the time of the incident. As per details, Dr Naheed, a divorcee, ran her clinic in her house where she lived with her family.

One of her neighbours came to their house to switch on a water suction pump and found the bodies of Dr Naheed, 42, two daughters aged 15-17 and 21-year-old son. Later, he informed the police.

SSP Investigations Imran Kishwar said that three bodies were found from a room, while the boy's body was found at the doorstep of the second room. He said that they were investigating the matter.

Sibtain Ahmed, her former husband, told the police that he had divorced her. "I live in a separate house and I have nothing to do with the murders," he stated.

Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has taken notice of the incident and sought a report from the Lahore CCPO.

He ordered immediate arrest of the accused and provide justice to the bereaved family.
