Lahore blast: Entire network of terrorists, facilitators arrested

LAHORE (92 News) – The entire network of terrorists and facilitators involved in the blast in Lahore was arrested.

According to investigative sources, six people involved in the blast are in the custody of law enforcement agencies. The terrorist who delivered the vehicle to Johar Town was also arrested.

The law-enforcement agencies have taken into custody six suspected terrorists so far and investigations were under way to break the network of terrorists. The arrested terrorists has been shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation.

The investigative sources also stated that an alleged terrorist, Zia Khan, bought vehicle from Mardan, KPK, and Sajjad assisted him to take it to the target place.

It was also reported that Sajjad Hussain, a resident of Mandi Bahauddin, who was involved in shifting the vehicle to Lahore. Sajjad was in contact with mastermind Peter David Paul for the last 10 years and he had confessed to shifting the vehicle to Lahore.

It is pertinent to mention here that the the investigation also revealed that terrorists used new technique to cause maximum damage.
