Lahore model murdered by step-brother in Lahore’s DHA

LAHORE (92 News) - Police on Sunday claimed that Police on Sunday claimed that the stepbrother of a Lahore-based 29-year-old model Nayyab, found dead in Lahore’s DHA Phase IV last month, was behind her murder.

According to the reports, the Initial investigation reports revealed she was strangled to death. According to the investigation officer, the victim was killed by the suspect, identified as Aslam, for honour.

“Aslam confessed that he strangled the woman first and then stripped off her clothes to mislead the police that she was raped,” the officer said, adding that the evidence collected from the crime scene confirmed his involvement.

A Lahore-based model was found dead in her house in the DHA Phase V area of the provincial capital, police said on July 11.

According to the police, the 29-year-old model identified as Nayab was strangulated to death by unidentified men at her home in Lahore’s DHA.

The victim was unmarried and living alone in her house, said police.
