Lahore NAB arrests NTDC former chief engineer Inayat Hussain for embezzling Rs 13b

LAHORE (92 News) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Wednesday arrested National Transmission and Dispatch Company (NTDC) former chief engineer Inayat Hussain on the charge of embezzling Rs 13 billion. He will be produced in an accountability court for his remand on Thursday. Sources in the NAB disclosed that the accused had purchased transformers at high rates from different companies from 2010 to 2014. They said that action would also be taken against the companies involved in the scandal.
