Lahore still tops list of polluted cities, records 362 air quality index

LAHORE (92 News) – Lahore still tops the list of the most polluted cities in the world. According to the Air Quality Index, Lahore's air quality index was recorded at 362.

Beijing is the second most polluted city in the world and New Delhi is at the third place. In this list, Dhaka is fourth, Kolkata is fifth, Incheon is sixth, Seoul is seventh, Karachi is eighth, Zagreb is ninth and Shenyang is tenth.

Among the cities of Pakistan, Bahawalpur ranks first and Sahiwal second with 387 air quality index, while there are fog camps on Motorway M-1. The motorway from Peshawar to Rashkai was closed due to fog.
