Land Grabbing: Punjab govt orders inquiry of Maiza Hameed’s husband

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Punjab government has on Monday ordered investigation of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Maiza Hameed’s husband over land grabbing.

Muhammad Umer Arshad, husband of PML-N leader Maiza Hameed is occupying 1587 canal land for the last six years near Head Islam but Canal and Revenue Departments failed to take action against him.

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif took notice of the application of a citizen and ordered an inquiry into the allegations.
