Last rites of victims of train accident performed in Attock

ATTOCK (92 News) – The last rites of the 19 Sikh devotees, who were killed in a train accident, were performed at Khairabad crematorium on Friday. Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Administrative Tanvir Hussain also attended the final rites. Earlier on Friday night, the bodies were shifted to Gurdwara Jogan Shah where moving scenes were witnessed. A large number of people from different walks of life visited Gurdwara to offer condolences. The victims were returning by the ill-fated coaster from Nankana Sahib after offering condolences. The deceased also included women. The victims belonged to Peshawar’s area Jogan Shah.
