Law-enforcement agencies detain three MQM workers in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – The Law-enforcement agencies detained three workers of Muttahida Qaumi Movement during a raid conducted at party’s sector office, while police killed a target killed in different incidents in the wee hours of Friday. As per details, law-enforcement agencies conducted a raid at the MQM sector office in Lines area and apprehended three workers. In another incident, police conducted a raid and apprehended a target killer of Lyari gang war’s Uzair Baloch group. The accused was involved in different incidents of target killing and extortion. Police recovered weapons and hand grenades from the possession. Meanwhile, police and Rangers conducted a joint operation in Mobeena Town and detained two terrorists namely Farooq Baig and Liaquat Hussain. Law-enforcement agencies seized two hand grenades, two pistols and two motorcycles. On the other hand, police arrested several suspects after shootout in Iqbal Market, Noor Jahan Road and Punjab Colony.
