LB election results will be similar to that of Cantonment Boards, says Nawaz Sharif

LONDON (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that his party will win in the LB polls in a similar fashion to that of the Cantonment Board’s election. Talking to media on Wednesday, the prime minister said that the Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) will show outstanding results in the local government elections, just like the cantonment board elections. Talking about the recent visit of the Chinese president, the premier said that Chinese investment will open new doors of progress in the country. “The investment will have positive impact on the economy and the people of Pakistan,” he said. Nawaz Sharif expressed sorrow over the death of activist Sabeen Mehmud and assured of catching the culprits responsible for her murder as soon as possible. Criticizing PTI chief Imran Khan, Nawaz Sharif said that the Judicial Commission will lay bare the truth about any rigging in the General Elections. "If the proofs are in the bags, what does he (Imran Khan) have?" he asked.
