LEA arrests prayer leader in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – The law enforcement agency during an operation in Nizamabad area of Karachi arrested a prayer leader late on Saturday. Nazimabad Jamia Masjid Noor Emaan Khatib Allama Mirza Yousaf Hussain was arrested from his house. The prayer leader has been shifted to undisclosed location for further investigation. Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen (MWM) strongly condemned the arrest of Allama Yousaf. According to MWM spokesman, Allama Mirza Yousaf had participated in the peaceful protest at Shahrah-e-Pakistan.
