Lesco official killed, cop & gardener injured by gunman in Sukh Nehr area; CM takes notice

LAHORE (92 News) – A gunman killed an official of the Lahore Electric Supply Company (Lesco) and injured a policeman and a gardener in Sukh Nehr in Baghbanpura police limits on Monday. The deceased was identified as Mansha. The police have arrested the accused Asif alias Achi. Meanwhile, the Lesco employees have announced a complete strike against the murder of Muhammad Mansha. After the incident, locals ransacked the 'dera' of the accused Asif alias Achi and set articles on fire. Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has taken the notice of the incident and sought a report from the DIG operations. He ordered the best treatment to the injured.
