LHC Administrative Committee's decision proves Nawaz Sharif’s innocence: Shehbaz

LAHORE (92 News) – Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif has said that the Lahore High Court (LHC) Administrative Committee's decision of sacking Accountability Court Judge Arshad Malik establishes that Nawaz Sharif was unjustly sentenced. Reacting to the dismissal of the judge, Shehbaz Sharif said that Nawaz Sharif’s innocence stands proven today. “As a natural corollary, Mian Sahib's sentence ought to be declared null and void,” he demanded. He appealed to party workers to offer ‘Nawafil’ to thank Allah Almighty. In a tweet, Maryam Nawaz said that the time’s verdict on the most popular politician who served the nation as PM thrice has been pronounced. “The dismissal of Judge Arshad Malik by seven honourable judges of the Lahore High Court (LHC) shows how Nawaz Sharif was sentenced,” she said. Maryam Nawaz said that today’s verdict no doubt is a success of truth and a defeat of the lie. “The verdict has cleaned the stain on justice. The requirement of judiciary’s dignity is that the blemished verdicts of the blemished judge should be declared null and void,” she demanded.
