LHC annuls PTI founder’s physical remand in 12 cases

LAHORE (92 News) - The Lahore High Court on Thursday annulled the physical remand of the PTI founder in 12 cases.

Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh and Justice Anwaarul Haq heard the case.

The court also nullified the notification regarding appearance of the PTI founder in the cases through the video link. Prosecutor General Punjab Farhad Ali Shah contended that facility of conducting photogrammateric test is available in jail and the accused is not taken outside the jail.

“It will be great injustice not to give the prosecution full opportunity as the prosecution is blamed for failure,” he added.
