LHC disposes of Chaudhary brothers' plea as NAB closes all cases

LAHORE (92 News) – The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday disposed of a plea challenging the NAB chairman’s authority filed by Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi.

A two-member bench headed by Justice Sadaqat Ali heard Chaudhry brothers' petition.

On the court order, the DG NAB presented the report to close all cases against the Chaudhary brothers.
