LHC grants protective bail to Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi until May 15

LAHORE (92 News) - The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday granted protective bail to PTI president Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi until May 15, ordering the police not to arrest him immediately.

Earlier, Chaduahry Pervaiz Elahi reached the court for getting the bail in a case pertaining to attack on the police during the operation on his house. The court also directed Chaudahry Pervaiz Elahi to approach the court concerned.

Talking to the media, Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi said that PM Shehbaz Sharif and Caretaker CM Mohsin Naqvi are responsible for action against him. "Mohsin Naqvi is responsible for each incident happening now, including the attack on my house. He has become the champion of each wrong act," he added.
