LHC judge recommends larger bench to hear petition filed by Sharif family

LAHORE (92 News) – The Lahore High Court on Thursday recommended larger bench to hear a petition filed against the conviction of the Sharif family members. Hearing of a petition filed against the conviction of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, her daughter Maryam Nawaz and Captain (r) Safdar was held at the Lahore High Court. During the hearing, Justice Ali Akbar Qureshi forwarded it to the Lahore High Court chief justice. He has recommended that the LHC CJ should constitute a larger bench to hear the petition.
