LHC orders case against Okara ex-DPO Faisal Rana, 28 cops

LAHORE (92 News) – A two-member bench of the Lahore High Court has ordered a case against former DPO Faisal Rana and 28 policemen for trespassing on the house of former DBA secretary and arresting him.

The Okara sessions court had ordered a case against Faisal Rana on March 18, 2016.

The former DPO had obtained a stay order against the case.

Rao Jamil Akhtar, in the petition, contended that former Okara DPO Faisal Rana, former SP Saud Ameer Magsi, Sadr DSP Ziaul Haqm Inspector Ali Abdullah Pasha, Inspector Mirza Alamgir and 23 unknown policemen had trespassed on his house and forcible taken him away.
