PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi released from Adiala jail on LHC orders

RAWALPINDI (92 News) - On the orders of the Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench, PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi was released from Adiala jail on Tuesday. 

The court had ordered immediate release of Shah Mahmood Qureshi, nullifying the 3-MPO order issued by the Rawalpindi deputy commissioner.

The court also ordered not to arrest Shah Mahmood Qureshi under any MPO order. Moreover, the court also did not direct the PTI leader to submit any surety bond.

On the other hand, the Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered to provide facilities to PTI president Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi in jail. The court also ordered to provide prescribed diet and medicines to Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi.
