LHC rejects petition seeking barring of PTI MNAs from assemblies

LAHORE (92 News) – The Lahore High Court on Friday rejected a petition requesting the court to bar the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MNAs from attending the assemblies. The petitioner requested the court to bar the PTI MNAs on grounds that they had submitted their resignations. Justice Ijazul Hassan of the LHC rejected the petition saying that the petitioner is not the aggrieved or party to the issue.
