LHCBA challenges establishment of military courts in SC

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) has on Monday challenged the establishment of military courts in the Supreme Court.

The Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging the establishment of military courts.

The LHCBA made the federal government as well as the governments of all four provinces as the party.

The LHCBA stated in its petition that that establishing military courts is like making parallel judicial system.
