Weather turns more chilly after light rain in Islamabad
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Weather turned cold after light rain in Islamabad and its adjoining on Saturday.
As per details, light rain continues in Rawalpindi,Upper Dir and upper areas of Azad Kashmir. However, the rain turned the weather cold across city.
Hilly areas including Gilgit-Baltistan, Astore, Skardu, Ghizer received the snowfall of the current winter season, taking the temperature below freezing point.
The Met Office has predicted rain with snowfall in different areas of the country from tomorrow
Intermittent snowfall continues on hilly areas of country including Murree, Galiyat, Abbottabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and adjoining areas, dropping down the mercury considerably.
Roads from Leepa Valley to Hattian Bala and Kel to Hilmat of Neelum Valley are closed from 10 days due to which the problems of citizens increased.
Rainfall and snowfall likely to occur in some places of Makran, Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Rawalpindi division today whereas, Iran's rainfall system will enter Pakistan tomorrow.
Cloudy weather is seen in Quetta,Multan and Kalat whereas weather will remain cold and dry in most of the country today.
