Light rain turns weather pleasant across Punjab

LAHORE (92 News) – Light rain in different parts of Lahore and its adjoining areas turned the weather pleasant on Saturday. According to the details, more rain is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ,Balochistan and Azad KAshmir According to Pakistan Meteorological Department, a shallow westerly wave is affecting upper and central parts of the country. Another westerly wave is likely to approach western parts of Balochistan on Sunday. The Met Office has predicted light rain with gusty winds during next 24 hours at scattered places in (Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat, Mardan, Bannu, D.I.Khan divisions), Quetta, Zhob, Sibbi divisions and Gilgit Baltistan, while at isolated places in upper Punjab (Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad divisions), Bahawalpur, DG Khan divisions and Islamabad.
