Khalilur Rehman Qamar said that Tariq Aziz should be buried shrouded by the national flag. Amjad Islam Amjad said that Tariq Aziz had presented a performing art through his voice. “His death has closed a glowing chapter.” Attaullah Isakhelvi said that Tariq Aziz had the status of spiritual father for him. Ghulam Mohyuddin aid that the service of Tariq Aziz will be remembered forever. Actor Javed Sheikh, expressing grief over the death, said that Tariq Aziz was an asset of the country. “A great name has left us today,” he added.
