LODHRAN (92 News) – Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has said that the people of Lodhran have decided that sanctity of the vote will be restored. Addressing the workers convention along with the newly-elected MNA Pir Iqbal Shah on Saturday, he said that each constituency will become Lodhran in 2018. Nawaz Sharif said that the masses will teach a lesson to the ‘favourite’. “Lodhran has rejected the politics of lie and accusation.” He said that decisions are not made by the finger of the umpire, but the thumbs of the people. “Today I am not the PM and have been ousted," he added. Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif thanked the people of Lodhran for securing a win for the PML-N. He said that the people have uprooted the ATM and thrown it into the Sutlej River. “The loans worth billions of rupees were written off, but no one took the notice,” he said. Shahbaz Sharif declared Asif Zardari responsible for the loadshedding in the country.
