ISLAMABAD (92 News) – JUI-F chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman has said that the long march should be considered postponed until the decision of the PPP.

Addressing a joint press conference after a meeting of the PDM on Tuesday, he said that the nine parties were agreed on the resignations from assemblies along with the long march.

He said that the PPP had sought more time for decision on resignations. "The long march should be considered postponed until the decision of the PPP. We have given an opportunity to the PPP and will continue to wait for its reply," he said.

PML-N vice-president Maryam Nawaz said that Asif Zardari had asked Nawaz Sharif to return to Pakistan so that joint struggle should be launched. "I replied to him that his return poses a threat to his life," she added.

She said that the PDM was standing before the people and the government would definitely end.

PPP Senator Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani said that they had won all elections with the full support of the PDM.

He said that the PPP would move court regarding rejection of the votes. "We will get the relief and get the chairmanship of the PDM," he hoped.
