Maj Gen Sarfraz Sattar promoted to rank of Lieutenant General

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Major General Sarfraz Sattar has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General. He was commissioned in armoured corps in 1984. He is presently commanding an infantry division at Sialkot. He has been DG MI and also defence attache in India.
