Man held for raping mentally-retarded girl in Lahore's Harbanspura area

LAHORE (92 News) – The Harbanspura police have arrested a man on the charge of raping a mentally-retarded girl in Lahore's Harbanspura area.

The SP Cantt told police that the accused identified as Rasheed alias Sheeda had raped the girl in his shop. He said that a case had been registered against the accused on the complaint of girl's father.

In another incident occurred in Sargodha, a Class 7 girl was gang-raped in Chak 47. Three accused kidnapped the girl and gang-raped her for three days.

The police said that the victim's medical examination had been conducted and samples had been sent for the DNA test.

They said that the accused would be arrested soon.
