Man injured by kite string in Lahore

LAHORE (92 News) – A motorcyclist sustained injuries by kite string on Friday in an incident in the provincial capital’s Mughalpura area. Youngsters resorted to kite flying in some areas the city on Friday despite a government ban. Any violation is punishable with imprisonment and fine, or both under the law. The bike rider identified as Khurram Shehzad, 32, of Mughalpura area was heading towards his house when a kite string slit his throat. He was rushed to a local hospital where his condition was said to be out of danger. After being informed, police reached the spot and launched investigation.
