Man who shaved wife's head remanded in police custody for four days

LAHORE (92 News) – A local court remanded the man, who had tortured and shaved the head of his wife, and his friend in the custody of the police for four days on Thursday. Earlier, the police produced the accused Faisal and his friend in Model Town courts. Faisal had tortured his wife and shaved her head in Lahore’s Kahna area on her refusal to dance in front of his friends. Asma Aziz, who contracted the marriage of her choice four years ago, told 92 News that her husband Faisal had tortured her with pipes on refusal to dance before his friends. “Later, my husband shaved my head. He also stripped me off before the employees and tried to hand me upside down,” she narrated. She alleged that her husband had devoured all her money. The victim alleged that she approached the police that refused to register the case and demanded money from her.
