Man, woman killed in firing at Boat basin food street in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) - A man and a woman were shot dead after unidentified men on a motorcycle opened fire at them in Karachi’s boat basin food street in Karachi on Tuesday.

According to the police, the firing incident took place near the Boat Basin food street. “Both the man and woman killed were resident of the Hijrat Colony.”

However, man identified as Adnan and the bodies have been moved to the Jinnah Postgraduate and Medical Centre for their post-mortem examination.

Immediately after the incident, the police and Rangers reached the site and cordoned off the area. Eyewitnesses said that the victims were sitting in a car when they were shot.

A case has been registered as plaintiff of father of the slain Adnan and further investigations are under way.
