Mansha Bomb, son remanded in police custody for 10 days

LAHORE (92 News) – An anti-terrorism court remanded Mansha Bomb, a land grabber, and his son in the custody of the police for 10 days on Wednesday. The police had demanded his 14-day remand in the case of grabbing state land. The court questioned the accused why he had fled. He replied that he did so in fear of the police. The defence counsel challenged the jurisdiction of the court. He contended that the ATA sections cannot be added to the case. “The ATA sections should be deleted from the case,” he demanded.
