Maryam embarks on 7-day trip to GB for election campaign

LAHORE (29 News) - Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz on Thursday embarked on a seven-day trip to Gilgit-Baltistan for November 15 election campaign.

Taking to Twitter this morning, she said: “Onboard the plane to GB for PMLN election campaign Insha’Allah.” She is scheduled to land in Skardu and visit Ghawari later today to address a rally.

Maryam is scheduled to meet local PML-N leadership and address public rallies.

Maryam will address public gatherings in Skardu, Dambodas, Gohkoch, Astor and Kochlas in the next seven days. A rally will be held from Shigar to Skardu on November 6 [tomorrow].

The PML-N local chapter will be hosting a dinner for the vice-president, GB president a former chief minister Hafiz Hafeez ur Rehman.

During the visit, Maryam will also be briefed on PML-N's government's performance in the last five years and informed about development projects in the region.
