Maryam Nawaz's popularity is biggest threat to govt: Mohammad Zubair

LAHORE (92 News) – PML-N leader Mohammad Zubair on Wednesday said that Maryam Nawaz’s popularity is the biggest threat to the current government.

In a statement, the former Sindh governor said that once again a vicious attempt is being made to create a false, baseless and hollow political case against the PML-N vice-president. "NAB's transparency and impartiality has become a question mark," he added.

Mohammad Zubair further mentioned that the political summon is being given with peaceful political protest. Maryam Nawaz is pride of former premier Nawaz Sharif and the party. The NAB has become an accountability wing of PTI," he maintained.

The PML-N leader said he is collaborating with the anti-graft body to make silence to Maryam Nawaz. He also claimed that the NAB-Niazi nexus ignores theft of flour, sugar, electricity, gas and medicine along with corruption in cases pertaining to Peshawar BRT, Malam Jabba, Billion Tree Tsunami and helicopter.
