Minority’s acts bringing a bad name to majority: Maryam

LAHORE (92 News) – Maryam Nawaz, daughter of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, has said that the acts of the minority are bringing a bad name to the majority. Reacting to the detailed judgment of the Supreme Court on the review petitions against the verdict of the Panama Leaks, she said that it is the same Maryam who did not even figure in the verdict earlier and now avenged because she questioned and spoke against injustice. She said that those on the wrong side of the history for short-term benefit/gains will be ultimate losers. Maryam Nawaz said that the decision could only be under immense pressure otherwise such travesty of justice is unimaginable. “The latest decision is based more on 'adjectives' than law. It is first time being witnessed that seat of justice spewing venom,” she added.
