ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz on Tuesday declared the PTI foreign funding as the biggest fraud in Pakistan’s history.

Speaking during a protest demo of the PDM outside the ECP office in the federal capital, Maryam Nawaz Sharif has alleged the Paksitan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) of receiving foreign funding from India and Israel.

She also alleged that money from both countries came into the accounts of Imran Khan’s employees through ‘hundi’. She said that having received funding from India, Imran Khan was hopeful of Narendra Modi winning the 2019 elections.

She accused Imran Khan of operating 23 bank accounts under his name and concealing his crime from the ECP. She alleged that the scrutiny committee denied releasing facts about the case because Imran Khan did not permit it. “The one who called us thieves, turned out to be the biggest thief himself”, she added.

The PML-N vice president has also declared Broadsheet as a fraudsheet. “How hard-earned money of masses was deposited in the British High Commission’s account which then led to a fake company taking it away?” she asked.

Maryam Nawaz lashed out at the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and asked why the RTS system encountered issues in the middle of the voting process during the 2018 polls.

“It is the consequences of the ECP’s failure and silence during the polls that 220 million people of the country are suffering today,” she said.
