Maryam's nomination papers accepted for NA-125

LAHORE (92 News) – Returning Officer Asif Bashir accepted the nomination papers of Maryam Nawaz, daughter of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, for Lahore's NA-125 constituency. The returning officer dismissed all 21 objections raised by her opponent Yasmin Rashid during the scrutiny. Moreover, the nomination papers of 23 candidates, including Maryam Nawaz and Yasmin Rashid, have been accepted for the constituency. Maryam is expected to contest on the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz's ticket from Lahore's NA-125 and NA-127 constituency.
